Thanks for your post! I agree that we should look at our whole life as a learning journey and be open-minded with any perspectives from others. I think inclusion is about adapting various ideas from diverse people and the world. This would also help for broaden our view and build on our knowledge. We can always learned things from various thoughts.

Thanks for your post! I agree that a diverse PLN allows us to improve our opportunities to ask questions, learning from others. Compare to daily face to fact interactions, we have more opportunities to interact with a more diverse group of people, which are no longer restricted by place and other conditions required by face-to-face interactions. With a diverse PLN, we can broaden our horizons as well.
